Stake, without the costume.

Staking means your SOL helps run the network, and you get paid for it. This desk does not lock your SOL with a validator. It swaps SOL for a receipt. The receipt is worth more SOL as the pool earns.

The receipt

You hand SOL to a pool. You get a token back. That token is the receipt. JitoSOL, mSOL, jupSOL, and bSOL are receipts. INF is a basket of them.

One receipt is not one SOL. The pool number on the desk is how many SOL that one receipt is worth. If it says 1 JitoSOL = 1.2759 SOL, the pool has already earned that extra. You do not get the extra on top of the swap. The swap price is the number Jupiter quotes.

The five on this desk

  • JitoSOL. Jito’s pool. Staking rewards, plus a share of tips people pay to land transactions faster.
  • mSOL. Marinade’s pool. One of the older liquid staking tokens on Solana.
  • jupSOL. Jupiter’s pool.
  • bSOL. BlazeStake’s pool.
  • INF. Sanctum Infinity. One token that holds a mix of staking receipts, so you are not stuck in a single pool.

Pick one. They all do the same job. The rate on the row is the only difference that matters today.

Stake and unstake

Stake

On this desk you post a paper note: SOL in, a receipt out. A real stake happens on Jupiter, not here.

Unstake

On this desk you post a paper note the other way: receipt in, SOL out. A real unstake happens on Jupiter, not here.

This is not a native unstake. A native unstake can take days. Here you are selling the receipt on Jupiter, so you get SOL when the swap lands. If the market is thin, the quote can be worse than the pool rate.

How to start on this desk

  1. The chip on Execute says PAPER. A paper stake writes a note. Your wallet does nothing.
  2. Open Stake. Read the SOL value on each row before you pick one.
  3. Type an amount of SOL you can leave in the receipt. Keep some SOL for fees. Do not use Max on an empty wallet.
  4. Read the line under the amount. The pool rate and the Jupiter quote are two different numbers.
  5. Press Paper stake. The note stays on this desk.
  6. A real stake or unstake happens on Jupiter. This site does not send that swap.
  7. To practice the way back, switch to Unstake and press Paper unstake.

Do not

  • Do not treat this like a perp. There is no leverage and no liquidation price. You can still lose value.
  • Do not stake the last of your SOL. The next signature needs a fee.
  • Do not assume the pool rate is what you will get. Jupiter’s quote is the trade.
  • Do not treat a paper stake as yield you earned. Paper is a note. Jupiter is the real swap.

Not a promise. A receipt can trade below the pool rate, and a pool can fail. Only use money you can leave.
